BUCYRUS -- The cross-city showdown at Bucyrus saw Wynford cruise out to an early lead in route to a 14-0 blowout of the Redmen in five innings of play.

The victory keeps the Royals perfect in Northern 10  Conference play at 5-0, with an overall record of  5-2. They did so by notching 3 runs in the first, four each in the second and third before slamming the door with a three-run fourth inning.

Sophomore Sam Collene picked up the victory for tossing five scoreless innings to help keep his squad on top of the league standings with a win over their rivals.
