NORTH BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP -- A nice tune-up on the wrestling mats saw Mansfield Senior and Shelby pay a visit to Northmor for a tri-meet where the Whippets dominated both of their matches.

The meet started with Shelby hammering a young, shorthanded Tygers squad before the Golden Knights gave the Whippets a tough test, but fell short against their deeper opponent. Northmor closed out the event with a convincing victory over Mansfield to even their record on the night, as all three squads got some valuable mat time with tournament action on the horizon.
