For the final time in their high school careers, St. Peter's senior volleyball players took the floor in front of their home fans for a clash with MBC foe Crestline on senior night.

 

Elliana Charette, Madison Hardin and Rowan Pruettmiller were all honored before the match with a special ceremony to recognize each senior for their commitment to the program. It's been a tough year for the Lady Spartans who have won very few sets throughout the season, but the senior leaders were all pleased with the squad's performance against the Bulldogs.

 

After dropping the first set 25-6, St Peter's pushed Crestline to the brink before losing a hard-fought 26-24 battle in the second set. The Bulldogs would close things out with a 25-13 third set victory to complete the sweep, ending a five-match losing streak as they head into tournament play.
