MOUNT GILEAD -- It was a shaky start for Mount Gilead on their home floor against Northmor, but the Indians would ride the hot hand of Matthew Bland to a 64-49 victory.

The Golden Knights (2-10) would make a strong push at the end of the first quarter to own an 11-8 lead before finding the score tied at 25-25 with Mt. Gilead (5-7) building some momentum heading into the half. The next two periods would then belong to the Indians as they received a game-high 22 points from Bland, who earned Player of the Game honors, outscoring Northmor 39-24 in the second half.
