BELLVILLE --- The Shelby Whippets continue to play their way towards the top of the MOAC standings by shredding Marion Harding 10-0.

 

Marshall Shepherd didn't need much run support with his shutout performance from the hill, but the Shelby offense was producing from the start. Blaine Bowman ignited the Whippets with an early 2-run bomb and the Presidents (2-5, 1-4) never recovered.

 

A Jeremy Holloway solo blast would put the icing on a double-digit Shelby (8-2, 3-2) victory, their third straight in league play following an 0-2 start.
