Lady Colts Balanced Attack Downs Lucas 63-41
BELLVILLE --- The Clear Fork Lady Colts took care of business knocking off county rival Lucas 63-41 to move to the .500 mark on the season.
The Lady Cubs (2-4) jumped out to an early 8-2 lead forcing a Lady Colts (5-5) timeout which turned the tides of the game as Clear Fork finished the opening quarter on an 18-1 run to take a 20-9 lead after eight minutes and held for a 32-19 advantage at the break.
Clear Fork was paced by a balanced attack as four starters reached double figures, led by Bekah Conrad's 12 points. Pacey Chrastina and Lyvia Davis each scored 11 points while Morgan Galco followed with 10 points.
Lucas was led by Shelby Grover's game-high 21 points.
