MANSFIELD -- It was yet another dominating performance put on display by the top team in the state to start their postseason quest as Madison steamrolled Gallion 11-0 in the D2 Sectional Semifinals at home.

The Lady Rams built a 9-0 cushion by the half and added a pair of scores in the second to complete their ninth shutout victory of the season. Leading scorer Taylor Huff added two more goals to her season total of 23, while nine other Lady Rams all found the back of the net.

Chesney Davis, Mylah Davis, Kari Eckenwiler, Paige Eldridge, Kendyll Kershner, Sierra Lykins, Paige Mowry, Phyllis Stanfield and Trinity Tucker all got in the scoring column to help Madison (14-0-3) advance into the Sectional Championship to face Mansfield Senior.

 

Galion wraps their season at 0-14-0.
