CENTERBURG --- 

The East Knox Bulldogs took advantage of Centerburg miscues and used a complete-game effort from Bryar Householder to knock off the Trojans 10-5.

 

The Bulldogs (3-8) got five runs in the second inning thanks to three Centerburg (7-6) errors and added three more in the fifth.

 

The Trojans cut into the lead multiple times at 5-2 in the third and after the Bulldogs answered to extend the lead to six, Centerburg cut into the lead again with two in the fifth. They then made the game 8-5 with the bases loaded and two out in the sixth, but Householder got a strikeout to escape.

 

East Knox then scored twice in the top of the seventh to put the icing on the cake.
