Crestview Dominates Plymouth 14-2
PLYMOUTH -- Crestview took care of business on the road with a 14-2 victory at Plymouth to secure a season sweep of their Firelands Conference rivals.
The Cougars got out to an early lead and really never looked back as their bats were red hot from start to finish. Catcher Mary Leeper would control the action on both sides of the plate, smacking a pair of homeruns to earn Player of the Game honors.
Plymouth eventually got into the scoring column late in the shortened game having trouble against Crestview senior pitcher Kylie Ringler who was throwing absolute heat over the dish. With Ringler dealing a gem, Crestview continued to pile it on and eventually left back to Cougar Country with a big Firelands Conference win in their pocket.
